Feeling Fit Club is a functional fitness program designed for older adults of all abilities. Classes include 4 core components: strength (upper body, lower body, and core), balance, aerobic endurance, and flexibility. During this sample class, you will have the opportunity to participate in a shortened version of the program and learn about opportunities to get involved.
*This is an active class. By registering for this workshop, you understand that you are responsible for monitoring your own condition throughout the exercise program.
