Pest Management Qualification Framework Consultation

Your opinion matters!
A professionalised pest management sector has progressive career opportunities and demonstrable competence at its heart. Posing the question, "Does the industry's current qualification pathway meet the needs of a professionalised workforce", BPCA, through its Professional Standards Committee, is reviewing what a new qualification pathway might look like in the future.
This consultation raises whether change is needed, what change might look like and how might that change be managed.
Feedback into this consultation from everyone involved in pest management is invaluable if we are to ensure that those working in the industry have access to progressive career opportunities, benefiting themselves, the organisations they work for and the industry overall.
BPCA’s Training Manager, Karen Dawes, will present the work done to date by the Professional Standards Committee and invite questions and comments from those attending to contribute into the wider consultation.
