Storiez: Trauma Narratives With Urban Youth for Clinicians

This training guides clinicians through the process of helping trauma survivors create, voice, and honor their narratives.

9:00 am -12:00 pm PT // 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET

Learning goals
1. Participants will increase knowledge about the prevalence and impact of trauma on urban youth.
2. Participants will learn nine steps to implement when helping a trauma survivor create his/her trauma narrative.
3. Participants will identify culturally sensitive, strengths-based strategies to support youth in creating, voicing, and honoring their narratives.

Continuing Education will be available for purchase for LCSW, MFT, LPCC, LEP, RN and CCAPP.
