Shawanaga First Nation and the Georgian Bay Biosphere are hosting a Lake Sturgeon (Name) Knowledge Sharing Workshop on March 8 (9:00am - 2:30pm) and March 9 (9:00am - 12:30pm).
The virtual workshop will include presentations from groups currently involved with Lake Sturgeon research and conservation in Georgian Bay, as well as many opportunities to discuss the ecological and cultural impacts of Lake Sturgeon decline.
We hope you will join us in this discussion. Please feel free to circulate this information with your communities and co-workers.
We are also happy to offer tech support and/or loaned devices to anyone wishing to attend the workshop who does not have access to a device. Contact us by email at email@example.com to arrange assistance.
Registration is good for both days, the same link gives you access on March 8 AND March 9.
