The Japan-America Society of Hawaii is honored to collaborate with ʻAkahiao Nature Institute (ANI) for the first in a two-part workshop series.
In this session, learn all about the "Nature that Connects Us" through ʻōlelo noʻeau proverbs, and engage with nature in an exclusive tour of ANI's Huʻehuʻe Ranch and their bountiful māla food garden.
Then, in an interactive discussion with expert Jeff Fuchs, we'll explore the impact of a certain popular plant-based beverage—TEA—as a social connector around the globe.
SAVE THE DATE for the second workshop, "Nature that Nurtures Us" on Saturday, November 13 at 10am (HST).
