Explore creative activities for self-care, relaxation, and fun!
No art experience or fancy materials required - just a willingness to experiment. It's all about discovering what feels good for you and helps you get in the flow. The sessions aim to provide space for your playful self, to get you absorbed in the moment, and to slow down the mind.
You will also be shown ideas to help you develop a creative journaling/self-care practice at home.
Each session will be 90 minutes including a break and delivered via zoom
