This Wellness & Fitness program engages participants (elderly, disabled, or senior) in online Zoom classes that engage the participant in movement, exercise, chair stretches, nutrition, health awareness, and motivation. Each participant will engage in a pre-test, Zoom online activities on-line, and invited to outside therapeutic fitness activities. All activities enforce personal protective equipment (PPE), safe distancing, and mask wearing. The program ends with a post-test and evaluation on de-isolation, engagement, mood, and skill building. This is a 12 to 15 week class. This class is 1.0 hours.
