A virtual three part cooking class series for people who are seeking healthier food options, good tasting meals for the soul and an opportunity to cook with Nutritionists & Cooking Coach, Dale Cain, Karen Coruthers and Chef Emm.

The classes are co-facilitated by Dale Cain, Program Director (Nutritionist & PBNM Cooking Coach), Karen Coruthers, Nutritionist & Educator and Chef Emm (Millicent Walker) of Cooking Canvas. This dynamic team will walk you through the nutrition factor of fueling your body and the health benefits of plant-based nutrition as well as tips from a chef on how to improve your cooking skills.

Join a community of health conscious seekers to increase knowledge of the benefits of plant-based nutrition, sharpening your cooking skills and learning new things about food and how it impacts your health.
