The Covid-19 pandemic saw a period of “enforced innovation” in parliamentary working methods. Those parliaments that chose to innovate have dramatically changed how they function, embracing new technologies and remote working. The central objective of this event is to investigate if, why and how hybrid working is becoming the “new normal” for parliaments.

La pandémie de la COVID-19 a donné lieu à une période d'"innovation forcée" dans les méthodes de travail des parlementaires. Les parlements qui ont réussi à innover ont radicalement changé leur mode de fonctionnement, adoptant les nouvelles technologies et le travail à distance. L'objectif principal de cet événement est de déterminer si, pourquoi et comment le travail hybride devient la "nouvelle norme" pour les parlements.
