Breath. The vital life force that animates us. A breathing pattern for every emotion, feeling, state of being we are experiencing in the moment we are experiencing it.

BREATHING SPACE LIVE is a time for us to gather together, journey into awareness and understanding of our breath and ourselves.

Once a week, coming together to breathe, to let go of our stress, to ground, to nourish ourselves and create heart/brain coherence will positively influence our own health and well-being as well as the world around us.

Firstly, please check with your medical professional to ensure that a breathwork practice is safe for you. Be aware of your own body and listen to its wisdom during the practice. If at any time you feel you need to stop, then stop.
Certain conditions may limit the level of participation in any particular breathing exercise.

BREATHING SPACE LIVE is open to all levels of breath practitioners. We will be beginning with breath awareness and observation and then building upon conscious breathing.

Be in a quiet, softly lit space if possible.
Comfortable clothing is beneficial.
Most of the practices will be done in a seated posture, some will be in savasana ( laying in resting pose).
A journal is beneficial for keeping track of you progress, noting any parts of the practice that stand out for you, inspiration and creativity that may spark, etc.
Please note that if you would like to play your own relaxing music/playlist while in the practice, I invite you to do so. Zoom is not optimal for hosts to be able to play music and speak at the same time. Every participant will remain muted for the duration of the practice to avoid disruption/distraction, as well as to allow the option of your own private playlist to be part of your experience.
Please feel free to have your cameras off during the practice.
This class is free although donations are always welcome.
