An Inconvenient Sequel Film Discussion

Join educators across the state for a one-hour discussion of the film, An Inconvenient Sequel. Watch the film at your leisure, then, on April 12, join a facilitated conversation with Mt Hood Community College member Lori Wamsley. Access to the film will be provided via email after your OEA membership is confirmed.

About the film: A decade after An Inconvenient Truth (2006) brought climate change to the heart of popular culture, the follow-up shows just how close we are to a real energy revolution. Former American Vice President Al Gore continues his tireless fight, travelling around the world to train an army of activists and influence international climate policy. Cameras follow him behind the scenes, in moments both private and public, funny and poignant, as he pursues the inspirational idea that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion.
