Slow-flow yoga is a weekly class designed to help you relax, de-stress, and unwind from the demands of daily life.

This beginner-friendly class offers gentle and easy-to-do stretches, strength and balance postures, simple flows with the breath, and grounding meditations to calm the mind and nourish the nervous system. It's aimed at helping you release the stress, tension, and pent-up energy accumulated throughout your day to shift you out of overwhelm and into ease and relaxation.
