School climate sets the tone for the school. What do you and others see and hear in your school? Measuring school climate is an effective way to gather feedback about how well a school support its students’ and staff’s physical and psychological safety, sense of belonging, and well-being. In this 2-hour session, participants will learn about ways to design, administer, and interpret surveys and other methods to measure school climate, and how to use the information gathered to improve school climate in their buildings.
