COC weekly meeting

Welcome dear friend,

We are glad you are joining us for our weekly Colours of Compassion evening sangha. This is a reminder that this is a mindfulness community only for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Colour)



A kind note for new members: if you are new joining us please arrive on time if this is your first time. We also request that all new friends switch their cameras on for the introductory check-in round. You are then welcome to switch it off after the introductory round.

Unfortunately we can’t admit you If you are too late and arrive after our formal meditation has started if this is the case we look forward to seeing another time.
