Cleaning up your mental mess!

What better way to end the year then to do so with your mental mess cleaned up?! We will read this book over 4 weeks and meet weekly to discuss what we've read so far. The whole book is just under 300 pages, so it's going to be like 75 pages of required reading each week.

Week 1: Chapters 1-3
Week 2: Chapters 4-7
Week 3: Chapters 8-10
Week 4: Chapter 11-14

Please read the book; you may be able to participate in the conversation if you haven't read the book, but if you are committed, commit and read it!

I'll be offering this at different times, to see what time & day resonates most with people. I'll pick the most popular to move forward with in 2023. It is ideal for you to attend all of the sessions, but I know things happen.
