This four-week series of one-hour sessions will help individuals to focus on how to overcome imposter syndrome through building core confidence and gaining a better understanding of their own values, worth and purpose.
Verywell Mind defines imposter syndrome as: “An internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be….
To put it simply, imposter syndrome is the experience of feeling like a phony—you feel as though at any moment you are going to be found out as a fraud—like you don’t belong where you are, and you only got there through dumb luck. It can affect anyone no matter their social status, work background, skill level, or degree of expertise.”
This four-week series of one-hour sessions will help individuals to focus on how to overcome imposter syndrome, through building core confidence and gaining a better understanding of their own values, worth and purpose.
As part of funded resilience programme #RETHINK, this series is free for members and non-members of Business in the Community to attend and will provide a unique understanding into the current mind state and what approaches you can use to conquer it.
The programme will take you on a journey of what we understand in relation to the term ‘imposter syndrome’ and look at the five ways it can play out within our lives.
Attendees should register for the series via one link but are not required to join all sessions.
This series will take place on Zoom and is part of the #RETHINK programme. Sessions are facilitated by training provider Utopian Learning.
