High-Impact Approaches to Designing & Aligning Your Firm's Marketing Processes and Business Goals: PART 2

Are you looking to make the leap from relying on passive word of mouth referrals, break away from repeat business that isn't the best fit for your firm, or expand your book of business? Designing the marketing strategy and processes that ultimately win the right work for your firm is just as critical to your firm's success as delivering great design for your clients. The stakes are especially high for small firms pursuing work with limited resources.

The AIA Pennsylvania Small Firm Exchange (SFxPA) invites small firm leaders and aspiring firm leaders to a 2 part discussion of the 2nd-on-2nd Small Firm Forum spanning the April and June forums, "High-Impact Approaches to Designing & Aligning Your Firm's Marketing Processes and Business Goals."

Part 2, "High-Impact Marketing Approaches and Tools" invites all registrants to join to share where they are at and where they have gone right or wrong in the application of their marketing approaches and tools delving into the following prompts

- How does your business model/plan and/or marketing strategy/plan translate to your routine client/business development cycle/processes or specific approaches/tools?

- What has been the most effective approach in building and managing your "book of business"?

- Do you have a screening/vetting process(es) or a series of questions that has served your firm in sussing out qualified leads/clients?

- What approaches (inbound/outbound marketing tactics), tools, investments, deliverables - products/consultations have you employed that HAVE or HAVE NOT yielded a return on investment (ROI) with client/business development or retention?
