Understanding Institutional Care Policy (ICP) Medicaid in a Nursing Home

Attendees will learn about Medicaid’s long-term care Institutional Care Policy (ICP) and how these benefits work in a nursing home. Attendees will learn about the financial requirements for this program, and how the personal needs allowance works, along with various ways to qualify for this program without spending down assets, so that they may be preserved for the person’s care. This presentation is geared toward professionals.
