Vermont PSD: Parking Lot Session - Renewable Electricity Certificates and their Markets

To kickstart public engagement opportunities related to reviewing renewable electricity programs in Vermont, the Public Service Department (Department) is hosting an informational webinar series to share information and answer questions about Vermont’s current electric system.

Based on questions asked during the first two sessions of the series, this parking lot session will focus on the topic of renewable energy certificates, offering a deeper dive into renewable energy certificates with Jason Gifford from Sustainable Energy Advantage. Sustainable Energy Advantage is an independent consulting firm focused on the clean energy landscape and Mr. Gifford has nearly 25 years of experience in renewable energy policy and markets.

The session will include a presentation and ample time for questions and discussion.
