A slow-paced 30-minute class focused on pranayama (breathwork) and asanas (postures) from both seated and lying down positions. Suitable for beginners. Optional props: a blanket or towel and pillow.
Regina Beach was diagnosed with RRMS in April 2021 and been following the Overcoming MS Program ever since. Regina’s interests include teaching and practicing yoga, reading, creative writing, cycling and spending time outdoors. Regina has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2005. She teaches vinyasa and yin yoga, in addition to the 26+2 series. She is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She completed her yoga teacher training with USA National Yoga Asana Champion, Giana Purcell in 2017. Regina helps her students gain physical and mental health benefits through yoga asana. She leads an encouraging class focused on breath and movement.
