Join Dr Gretchen Hawley and Patricia Hawley in September for a series of exercise, yoga and meditation sessions.
Week 1 with Dr Gretchen (September 7): Mobility & Walking Basics - We’ll practice seated strengthening exercises that will help improve your walking and day-to-day mobility.
Week 2 with Patricia (September 14): Introduction to Yoga - New to Yoga? Need a refresher? We’ll practice basic poses and breathwork.
Week 3 with Dr Gretchen (September 21): Hip & Leg Strengthening Basics - We’ll practice seated leg strengthening exercises to improve activities such as standing up from a low surface, climbing stairs, and walking.
Week 4 with Patricia (September 28): Introduction to Meditation - We’ll learn how to cultivate a sense of ease in stillness during this deeply restful practice.
