Exploring Breathwork with Sophie Belle.
Join Sophie for these 45 minute sessions to explore several breathing techniques all of which are aimed at relaxing, calming the mind and restoring the nervous system. Sophie will play music whilst you go through the breathing techniques, to gently help you relax and also give you a focus and ground you into the present moment.
These monthly sessions will enable you to have a little time in your day where space is held for you to let go, to be with your emotions and to feel more grounded and present.
