This Learning Collaborative is in response to listening sessions that provided insight on current workforce challenges facing organizations regarding recruitment, hiring, and retention practices. In an increasingly competitive job market, higher value is placed on a workforce culture that promotes a positive, supportive, and flexible work environment. This includes addressing psychological and physical safety, work-life balance, emotional well-being, opportunities for professional growth, and strategies that further support DEI. These factors are critically necessary in the work of behavioral health professionals. This learning collaborative features a panel of leaders that are implementing multifaceted workforce development strategies. Specifically, the panel will share strategies focused on peers, building a diverse workforce, and how to support team wellness.
