Book Study - I See You in There
Description:
The Special Education Technology Center will be leading a book study on Brenda Robertson Del Monte's book, I See You In There. In this book study, we will engage with both the content and the author in a way that informs our implementation of AAC in home and school settings and helps us connect with students with complex communication needs and their caregivers in a genuine way. This book is a collection of the author’s personal stories of people she has come in contact with over her life but mostly over the last 23 years of her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist who specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). FREE books will be provided by Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession for Washington State educators while supplies last!
