Please note that this is a Beginner Samba Class. This means that:
- We will be learning the basic samba technique. Both feet & hip movement.
- This class is great for everyone.
- All ages & movement abilities are welcome.
What should I wear?
You can wear anything you're comfortable in. Gym clothes or any comfortable workout gear is a great option. But the fun thing about Samba is that you can also do the class in a cute summer dress.
You will sweat.
Make sure you have a little towel and water.
How to prep for class: Make sure you eat in the morning. Try to have your breakfast or at least a light snack before the class. Drink lots of water before so you keep hydrated during the samba class. We will always warm up together and do a light stretch before and at the end of the session.
Shoes: For beginners: Flat shoes are best. Runners or anything that is light on your feet is fine. You can even wear socks.
