Identifying and Developing Potential Leaders
Everyone has a God-given potential. Helping people to discover that and to develop them to their fullest potential should be at the heartbeat of every leader and pastor. When people's potential is not empowered to grow, talents are wasted. In this course, you will learn to identify, to equip and to develop the potential in people and mobilise them in the areas of their potential.
