Audits are usually done by some independent firm to prevent suspicion of cheating. In Collings Lakes I’s suggest independent audit is necessary b/c we already have folks looking to find fault with anything and everything.

Understand new signs are on their way, but can the signs with the graphitti on them be removed before the new signs come? Are the welcome packets only for new 2022 residents or does it include 2021 residents who moved in later in the year?

if people are swimming in all lakes shouldn't they all be tested?

Hi Tammy, The temporary signs will be placed overtop of them. For legality concerns the original posted signs will remain until the new come. I agree they are a sight for sore eyes. for the meantime they will be covered up.
