Making everyone feel welcomed in class

Just looking to get new /different ideas on things

I teach Animal Science, so students LOVE to tell stories about their pets:)

From a list of adjectives describing personal traits, students pick one and talk about a time they demonstrated that (use this when writing a cover letter)
