How do I set up an assignment where I need one volunteer each day, but they can set the time?
What is the difference between delete and remove on this screen?

Can you just click on 'Remove' to cancel a Volunteer's schedule?
^Irene - I believe remove takes this one shift off of this one day. Delete erases the shift opening for every day it exists. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.
Delete deletes the opening (with choices), remove removes the person from the opening (leaving the opening).
When you create a holiday, does it notify the people who were scheduled?

How do I match the ‘availability info’ that the volunteer provided when they signed up, to the schedule openings that we have created for a particular assignment?
how can I indicate on the assignment calendar that one opening is a specific staff member (put them in the data base?) and where a staff member may be needed to take on a shift - we always need one staff, one volunteer.
I don't see VicNet or VicTouch options in the top of my screen - why?
Susan: If the staff needs to show on the calendar (lists, schedules), they would need to be in the database. Or you could add a "note" with a staff name.
How do I set the default view to be month?

I started the program with many assignments. How do I safely separate them?
@Lisa Lin, I normally just send them the VicTouch link that they can tap on their phone.

@Lisa Lin, absolutely! Be aware: if you launch VicTouch on your PC and then copy the link, the link won't work for the person you send it to. Instead, use this:https://www.volgistics.com/ex/touch.dll/?FROM=227901&PW=604562877
So would it be better to get the beta? or legacy?

is there any easy way to identify double profiles? people with two profiles in our system?
Is there any way to merge duplicate volunteer records caused by an application form import (application form being completed for a new assignment and then the application form is submitted)?
