01:08:18
Thank you Dr. Wong, great information!

01:32:38
HI. Just so you are aware the idea of gratitude or mindfulness or even breath work or loving kindness or compassion. for that matter is virtually impossible when someone is having difficulty, be it depression or some other burnout.

01:33:06
Talking about yourself who seems to be together is not helpful to someone who is struggling.

01:33:55
I ask that you perhaps read. Brain Saver by Medical Medium which might give you some answers as to why someone has difficulty with living.

01:34:01
thank you

01:36:29
Do the glands (hypophysis) in the brain affect the disease, for example bipolar disorder?

01:36:30
This is all very helpful if you are not struggling

01:38:12
Thank you very much for your feedback and thoughts, H - I will let Dr. Wong speak to them, however I can appreciate that some people need enhanced supports

01:45:10
Bipolar is metals in the brain.

01:46:31
Read Brain Saver

01:46:42
I do like the reframing response

01:46:58
Plese see posts for everyone

01:48:59
This is l very good. if one is not suffering with futility. Reframing is not easy when you are feeling unworthy, less than of messd in the head. That is why it is difficult and success is limited

01:49:40
Great words of positivity and meta Love ❤️.

01:50:26
The struggle is how do you be forgiving and loving to yourself, when you have done something heinous that might not be forgiven by others. If you can answer that I'd appreciate it.

01:50:36
Thank you Dave!
