🙏 Greetings and Blessings to everyone.
Every practitioner should absolutely have their own therapist ☺️
It's ok to have someone to share your story with and not feel judged.
Hi everyone, this is Janay from NCG. As a friendly reminder you can ask anonymous questions on the Q & A button located on your screen :)
Hi and thanks Janay! This panel is fantastic...thank you everyone <3
Do you find that individuals share more or more open in person or online?
Meaningful and transformational interactions produce changes. Thank you for what you do and thank you for being flexible as you do something so, important and much needed.
Thank you Janay and NCG for hosting this discussion! Such a great panel!
COVID has helped to break the stigma against seeking mental health. This may be more geographical, however, there are waitlists everywhere I am aware of for inpatient/outpatient therapy due to lack of resources needing to serve individuals who were not seeking mental health pre-pandemic.
This panel has been so great! Thank you to all for everything you do.
Very true. Life is happening at all times.
Innopsych is also a great website/resource that shares BIPOC practitioners
Also Therapy for Black Girls and Latinx Therapy are great resources
Breathing and mindfulness could be very useful. Having a chat with someone does not mean that you have a problem Not being able to communicate your pain can.
😒 Rules for adult suck. Just imagine for a teen or child.
Great panel! Thank you NCG for organizing and hosting and thank you to the panelists for your work in this field!
Thank you all, this was a fantastic panel!
Thank you everyone!
