I'm very new to support services but one thing I've seen recently is when some clients are very agreeable to the service process. Like some even say they don't need to be asked their opinion all the time that we can just make the decisions for them. So how do you navigate those situations where the client basically says to the provider do as you want with appointments and other stuff that impacts the client?
