Question for the speakers: are there any great ways for driving traffic off main thoroughfares? I.e., Pincher Station/intersection opportunities to draw folks south into town?

Signage bylaws can often be restrictive, but if flexible enough then creativity in wayfinding can often be one way

What incentives are there for current home operating business owners to move to town and set up a store front?

Operating out of a home office.

It was noticeable that many of the sample photos used signage at right angles to the frontage - makes it easier to see the shops from the road. However wind!!
