Question:We find that Google Ad Agencies assign junior/inexperienced account managers to new/small clients so that they learn their trade with these. This leads to underperformance and disappointment for clients. If the junior account manager is, however, good, then they tend to move to a bigger account, i.e. again disappointment for the client. How should we address this issue when speaking to a Google Ad Agencies?

Question:Would you recommend to focus on 'Google Shopping' because it offers the best ROI?

41:03
Question:We have recently seen a presentation by an ad agency that suggested that re-marketing should be done 'off Google / FB' and that they can nowaday identify customer Personas from our data and re-target these 'off Google / FB'. What is your view on this?

43:49
Question:You have not yet mentioned advertising on:- YouTube- Gmail- DisplayDo you not recommend advertising there? Do they perform better/worse than Google Shopping / Search?

47:42
