You have to follow through if you give a warnoing
A warning to me means that I am in control of the classroom, not the student

I like the idea of making the directions more specific and saying “go” 👍
The importance of giving short clear, explicit directions and the less invasive intervention for misbehavior in class.
attention cues- I do not like to talk over students. I really do not like when student presenting have to talk over their classmates. It's rude.
Directions: Get Attention; Be Clear; Make them Observable; Sequential- first task first...
