Very happy to have you Michele!

I think that is so important Elise and gets to issues of disclosure between 2 people who work together. Still a really big issue. A lot of people I know and work with just don't/can't do it.

Great tips, Elise. Employee is: 1) identifying, to co-worker/supervisor/boss, which specific tasks he/she/they CAN do that day; and 2) that he/she/they will follow-up in a timely fashion w/the other person as to task progress. This gives a chance for parties to constructively adjust to the situation.

John: good reality-check about other party who doesn't comunicate well.

Elise: diff. personality & communication styles... yes!

All these terrific examples... reminds me of how important it is for me to see every encounter, in my personal & work life, as an opp. to practice all these things. Working my own communication muscles.

Time for a role-play?

Unfortunately I have another call right after this. Would love to in the future.
