How does teaming usually happens. I see most of the lead organizations are universities.

@Crystal—Are you asking how the consortium comes together?

What about international schools overseas as development teams? My colleague and I are at an international K-12 School in nested in a sci & tech university in Saudi Arabia.

@Jamie there isn’t anything prohibiting this but our greatest stakeholders are our 10 partners states and there will be in-person professional learning and meetings with those stakeholders.
