So to recap what Joe mentioned earlier - there are two organization levels in VETRO:1. The Project, which corresponds with the grant program to which you are applying.2. The Plan, which corresponds to the network that you are proposing as part of your application.You will need to follow the naming conventions outlined in the instructions when creating Projects or Plans.
