We have a similar structure. We pay a counselor a set rate. He reimburses insurance and we get those payments

I find diversion and JRB confusing. If a youth receives JRB services, do we also check diversion?

Unfortunately, we had to wait list a number of youth because of limited capacity. So our data will show a lag between date of referral and intake. There is not another way to show that information, correct?
