General/President Eisenhower said "Plans are worthless, but planning is essential." Knowing that the Legislature only used the last funding (new money) distribution model a half dozen or so times in almost 20 years, I suspect anything we produce will only have a limited use/lifespan as well. But I find this process to be very useful in seeing and understanding other perspectives. Consequently, my version of President Eisenhower's sage words is "A funding model will have limited utilization over time, but the collegial and holistic development of a funding model will (over time) prove to have been essential!"

The accreditation discussion is more than just about politics. Much of the information in the dear colleague guidance we received was also provided during the Trump administration and a big piece of it has to do with our justification for wanting another accreditor and how we satisfy FSA
