CO is simply the initials Cal OES uses for this grant program. It may be short for COVID.

is the VOC report due at the same time as the financial reports?

If the funds are not used toward direct services (e.g., are used for staff hazard pay and technology only), do we still need to provide client information in that awful-sounding spreadsheet?

It sounded like you said we COULD pre-pay things like hotel rooms and gift cards, but based on the reporting requirements, those would need to be entirely distributed/used before July 31, correct?

Can we pay for zoom annual costs that go past 7/31 but we paid for it before 7/31?

To echo Allison’s question, we typically have been paying the hotel directly rather than purchasing vouchers, can we include this as a direct cost?

Was the question someone asked regarding funds for rental assistance answered already? Apologies I think I missed the answer. for example, could we include funds for rental assistance for women we place in emergency hotel rooms, once we locate housing for them?
