Hi everyone, have started my single product at Amazon USA from 15 Oct 2021

16:08
hey everybody :)

16:34
Eben, inventory already reach Amazon warehouse?

16:59
Yes, started PPC campaign from 15 Oct 2021

17:21
Hello

17:24
Need to know ways to drive more traffic to my product link at Amazon

17:25
Cool, so about 2 weeks now, how's the clicks and sales?

17:52
360+ clicks but only 6 sales

17:53
14 countries!

18:30
Need to know how long is the honeymoon period for newbie like me?

19:11
Try improve your listing, pause the keywords that unable to convert, and check the pricing, see if you can find out the reason why it didn't convert

20:03
Is it critical to have many products? Is it possible to survive with 1 or 2 products?

20:48
@natasha it’s possible. =)

20:48
80% of my revenue comes from 20% of my products

21:05
so small range of products is fine, as long they perform up to your expectation

21:32
Hi guys, thanks for sparing your time with us! I have 3 questions:1. Are you able to share your best practices insights for getting high ranking in search2. What do you think is the most useful brand registry feature3. Product enquiry: Account manager say usually they will reply based on our product descriptions and info, in cases of escalation, how does it work?

21:38
I have a few questions:1) When you are new, how do you get reviews? Because without reviews it’s hard to get sales2) Is the brand registry worth it? How much difference does it make to generate sales?3) seems like ads are pretty expensive. Do u think it is still worth it?

26:18
Yes, at the moment, I have no rating and reviews as a new seller at Amazon USA. I have enrolled for Vine program but so far no news from Amazon

27:30
Hihi, i got a 2-part question. How do you see your overall net profit margin over the years, given that Amazon is increasingly more competitive with more sellers has your margin/ROI been increasing/stay the same or decreasing? What overall strategies do you adopt in staying competitive and profitable, and prevent race to the bottom, esp in US market. Thanks

28:57
I currently use Helium 10 for product research, but I would also like to try manual methods. What are the best ways to get product ideas (potential winning product, but with few competition)?

34:04
Bumping this1. Are you able to share your best practices insights for getting high ranking in search2. What do you think is the most useful brand registry feature3. Product enquiry: Account manager say usually they will reply based on our product descriptions and info, in cases of escalation, how does it work?

39:01
about the ranking, it's a bit technical, but think like Amazon, what Amazon wants and why would they put you on top

43:18
@Julius and @Matilda brand registry has many features and all of them add up to help you sell more product. i highly recommend it. but for me personally, i only trademarked my brand after making enough profit to afford the trademark fees. as in, i proved that my products can sell before investing in brand registry.

43:49
Is it advisable to start with a product that I have been selling offline? Since I already has regular supplier and existing stock.

44:17
@Julius can you elaborate on what you mean in point 3 (re escalation)?

45:07
@matilda ads are a must, in my opinion. whether they’re expensive or not depends on what you buy, how you manage your budgets, and what your strategy is

47:58
how do u start selling in other markets. eg i see some US brands selling in amz SG but delivered from US vs others r delivering from amz SG directly. what is the difference betw these 2 in terms of settings?

48:36
We have been selling on amazon.sg for a few months, and we have a plan to sell to other countries, May I know how to get us assigned with an account manager to guide us?

51:32
@elim amazon is a self-service platform. you should be able to find the help you need on seller university, seller support and from seller communities like this.

52:57
Would you recommend Sourcing Agent?

53:04
Chia, US brand selling in AMZ SG, it's some setting for US seller that provide shipping to oversea countries. Same as we selling in US we can ship to Mexico Canada utilizing our US invenotry

53:08
@elim Here are some links to the Seller University guides :)Amazon.sg Seller University: https://sell.amazon.com.sg/learnAmazon.com Seller University: https://sell.amazon.com/learn

53:41
while deliver from AMZ SG means the seller has inventory in SG warehouse, or the seller actually located in SG

54:03
1688.comAlibaba.com

54:32
Hi Natasha, yes I love the idea

54:49
Started something you already have and familiar with is much easier

55:20
what question did u ask to ascertain that they R actually manufacturers?

57:32
May I know where can I source for a "sourcing agent" that familiar with FBA practise?

57:55
Are badges (e.g. verified manufacturer/supplier) a guarantee that they are reliable manufacturers in Alibaba?

58:08
Thank you Debbie and Jade, but I got friend assigned with an account manager, which help them a lot on exploring the overseas Amazon markets

58:12
I use jingsourcing, minden sourcing and natuosourcing

58:45
what’s the best allotted budget for cost per click ads?

59:20
Also, do you recommend for us to join sponsored campaigns?

59:36
Any lawyer to recommend for registering trademark in US when we are local company?

01:00:49
As a beginner, how many products should I start to sell? One product or more?

01:01:09
Starts with 1, then expand.

01:01:19
experience it

01:01:22
the entire process

01:01:28
will sg trademark help with us trademark protection?

01:01:37
thanks KC!

01:01:48
once you know the process, and you have more great ideas, go for it

01:01:50
@matilda Amazon has a Service Provider Network you can visit to find a lawyer. For me, before the SPN launched, I googled lawyers and went with https://onlinetrademarkattorneys.com/

01:01:58
but make sure you taking care of your capital

01:03:07
Hi all, please refer to Seller University here, as mentioned by Felix :)Amazon.sg Seller University: https://sell.amazon.com.sg/learnAmazon.com Seller University: https://sell.amazon.com/learn

01:03:56
@manuel there’s no guarantee whether companies you interact with online are reliable. the only way is to test them. Ask as many questions as you can, order a small quantity, if good, order more, build the relationship with them over time.

01:06:34
