I have digital burnout more than 200 message in box and struggling with SHN get every report through HRM and f Fax talking to medical section never helped. This is other than charting and forms.

Absolutely. SHN has been made aware of the glut and duplication of info that is sent back to PCPs and they have put together a group to review the EPIC HRM workflow. I will continue to flag it to their attention and provide updates as I learn more.

Not only are there so many digital messages coming in (remember all the emails at the beginning of Covid?) but many of them are even coming in duplicate, After a while,I cannot remember if it is actually a duplicate and I have to take a couple of minutes to check in the virtual chart so I can see if I need to delete the extra docment before bothering to read all the way through it. This happens a lot.

Question for Dr. Zacharia- Can PEM be simple Patient don’t understand what is FHO,FHT, FHG but every one has different rules how we deal with patients and they are confused. Outside use itself is very controversial it need lot of rectification.

I feel dumb for asking this, but how do people find the time to cook, shop for groceries, and clean or tidy their house? Do you have a schedule? I don’t. I just squeeze it in whenever I can

Patients find telephone call very convenient. Now that we have to do video call, patients find it challenging specially the elderly patients. Can OMA persue for telephone call for enrolled patients to be paid as par as to in person visit?

yes …my part was really short.

Get govt to educate pts about outside use instead of telling them they can fully access whatever care they want and then charging us personally if they go outside, leaving us to reign them in. They get mad at us [understandably] and it pits doctors against each other and costs us money.
