We currently use Stratus and we are helping them build out the electrical side.

I would also like to add that the person that you bring in needs to be able create the systems to make the process work. You also have get the design group and the fabrication work hand in hand.

Creating a robust feedback loop is a must. If there is no feedback loop, it is not a system.

Many distributors will provide rolling Storage Bins/Carts/Boxes full of material, some can even restock on site.

We are facing a lot of opposition to prefabbing from the locals in our jurisdiction.

Start simple. Start with your hangers.

One of the locals in our jurisdiction explicitly prohibits the pre-fabrication of hangers.
