in other countries people can seek support to prevent them from offending ...if they are experiencing thoughts of offending ...this seems to work (sexual and violent thoughts) also wrap around care for people at riskof offending

Re county lines I know of a charity who harness the expertise of rough sleepers who have addictions issues to work with police as they have insight.....good example we could replicate ?

We're funding a youth service and CCTV all from the precept. Youth hanging about and causing damage and drug dealing in the park (this is a rural market town) make older people feel insecure. We'll be focusing on detached youth work and youth mentoring and mental health. Need to find more funding.

we fund a PCSO post and are about to fund a youth worker through the borough council in partnership with the youth and community centre. ASB and a fear of teenagers are increasing in the village.
