The Consent Agenda is only for noncontroversial items that passed unanimously in the public committee meetings that did receive significant community feedback... but can also request to remove item from consent agenda anytime before meeting

Well I did have a issue with the EDZ commission approval. The developer missed the October meeting and I was unable to attend the November meeting where the committee against the will of most of the residents disapprove of the recommendation.

I actually came to voice the displeasure to the ANC as a whole as I wasn’t told we would have no voice at this meeting

Mr. Cotten, there is a scheduled opportunity for community comment at the end of the meeting if you would like to use that opportunity to share your concerns.

We do have several public comment opportunities if that helps - during EDZ agenda item at bottom of second page and again at end of meeting
