Working with wealth managers/financial planners as well as their clients+families. Similar to the question being asked rn by Jeff, how do you get old-fashioned stakeholders to get on board with passwordless processes?

We're LPs in a few VC funds, and when they show us their late stage SPVs they talk about the target company is a 5-10 year hold because it's a more a product, and less a featureSo how would you reconcile the thinking between product/feature vs what you said about going wide/deep when rolling out new products

There’s a ton of advice around “sell before you build” but unless one can very clearly articulate value-add and has strong corporate relationships - it gets very difficult to actually sell anything (especially for an early stage startup). So, how did you balance between selling before building vs building a version and going to market with that?
