We United Black Men of Queens had a serious issue with DYCD with FY22 we had to resubmit forms that were already submitted on passport the claim was that they didn’t get them. It took us to this month to finally get reimbursed. We were dealing with unprofessional folks who cussed out our President on the phone. Who do we contact for issues like this ?

For the HHS Prequalification app, what triggers a new app? within a DYCD period, sometimes we get 2-3 different prequal app and they each have different due dates? appreciate insights on this. Thanks!
