Question for the end: where can we find the full rules for physically affixing the UKCA mark - specifically what methods are or are not allowed (printing/embroidering/etching/stamping etc)? No luck so far in finding much detail.

Could you also please clarify the use of the phrase 'outdoor equipment' as a regulated category? Is this just noise-producing machinery, or the kind of things we sell?

Question for the end- WE are a manufacturer and importer. we make stock and hold stock in the warehouse. Can we still sell products that are CE marked but stored in our warehouse 2023.

Great question from Dan - it goes to the point of adapting existing packaging with say a sticker, as opposed to creating "new" packaging.

As a UK manufacturer we have a warehouse in GB and another EU business/warehouse in the EU. As we require an authorised representative to sell in NI, should we be shipping from the EU as that would be our 'authorised representative'? Or can we ship from the GB, using our EU entity as the authorised representative?

I’m coming to this a little bit late so I just want to be clear on a couple of things to make sure I’ve understood - UKCA is only required on new products to market if they’re already CE certified, so if we have existing stock in our warehouse as a distributor that will not need re-labelling with UKCA until 2024 or is that open ended ?

Similar - what's the obligation to "indelibly" provide the importers contact details on the finished good?

Does stock count as 'on the market' before Christmas if brought into a bonded warehouse? Thanks

Can the address of the importer be added by a card to accompany the many other instructions and serial number documents?

Can we get further clarification on putting the address onto products. As a distributor we cannot mark other companies products as this may effect the PPE...
