They are clear and concise.
It is also helpful that there is not a long list of expectations
There’s a reason behind the expectation
Rules simulate the workplaces
its broke down into pieces. it helps to start small and then grows with larger tools
It states that they (students) are all engineers! It makes it feel that they are important!

Because I am the boss and I can tell you what to do OR good rules.
I follow 2, I ignore #1

Too focused on other things such as the content. We sometimes are working hard, but not at the right things...
Yes- we pick battles. Sometimes we allow certain behaviors because we know they "could be doing worse."
Yes, pick your battles especially with clinical. Focus on the nails and infection control issues
Greets each one individually, and complements them! Building relationships!
